MAINTENANCE

Direct Connections supports Avaya Enterprise systems (Definity, Communication Manager) and all integrated applications.  We also support all Mid-Market/SMB Avaya systems such as IP Office and legacy systems Merlin Legend/Magix.  We have provided maintenance for systems from 5 stations to 3,000. We have managed many systems for large companies in other countries.

Will Call (Same Day Pickup)

WILL CALL (SAME DAY PICKUP)

Direct Connections is the ‘exclusive’ Avaya Business Partner allowed to utilize ‘Will Call’ same day pick of parts due to Catalyst Telecom (Avaya’s North America distributor) being in the Memphis area. Allowing us to have a much higher chance to get systems back up in the same day or first thing the next morning.
